Sometimes we get caught up in lamentations about our lives and forget to bless those around us. Many of us have much to be grateful for, but too many of us are trapped in the role of victim because of our particular circumstances and feel that we are victims. We should all have nothing but gratitude for what we have.
Life, with all its hardships, will be shaped by the struggles of everyday life. What we often fail to see is that all these struggles can be seen as opportunities for great growth.
You can view your distress as an experience without judgment, or it can be a step on the learning curve if you understand that it offers an opportunity to change circumstances in your life that do not resonate with you. You can change the way you look at things.
Let us place ourselves in a room of gratitude for what we have and need. There are so many people on this planet who have no access to food and water. They face the possibility of death due to global conflicts.
