One simple act of gratitude can dramatically improve someone’s day. May it be helping an old woman cross the street or donating to a charity, these acts can brighten someone’s day. It shows how easy and fulfilling it is to reach out to someone in need and give love.
This woman helped these bikers after they crashed together and the results made everyone tear up
In today’s time, riding a motorcycle isn’t just a form of commute, but a hobby. There are a lot of individuals who love motorcycles that they formed a club to celebrate their shared passion.
You often see them wearing leather jackets, black jeans, a helmet and sunglasses on, and a cool smile on their face.
You hear them ride together on their motorcycles from one area to another. They love riding their motorcycles that they even talk about it on social media. However, as much as they prepare for their rides, accidents can occur.
A nurse came across a serious accident involving these bikers
Last September, Daryn Struch and her daughter, Bryanne, came across a serious accident involving multiple motorcycles on State Road 19 near Denver, Indiana.
“I’m a nurse and saw several motorcycles were involved,” Daryn said. “I told my daughter I need to help and ran up to assist.”
Her caring and protective nurse instincts came in that she didn’t think twice about checking in on them. Knowing she can help them, she pulled over and ran to the bikers. What she saw was straight out from the movies.
It was a horrifying scene and she knew they needed help. asap.
It looked like one of them had lost control and their motorbikes got tangled.
She parked her car a bit far from it so Bryanne wouldn’t see, then she ran towards the injured bikers. She saw how wounded they were. Since she was used to taking care of people, she comforted the five bikers – three men and two women-until the paramedics arrived.
Thankfully, they all survived.
Once the bikers recovered, they reached out to her to thank her. This is when she found out that they were part of a group called Milwaukee Iron. They continuously kept in touch with each other.
“I just got a flood of messages from them, thanking me,” she recalled.
After a year, Dary shared Bryanne’s lemonade stand outside their home.
Since they still kept in touch with each other, one of the bikers expressed dropping by. Little did she knew that 30 of them would come visiting.
30 bikers came into their lemonade stand as a way of thanking her.
“I had no idea how many there would be and they were so generous,” she said. “She was charging $1, and I bet every one of them gave a $5 or $10 or $20. [Bryanne] was as happy as she could be.”
The great thing about it is some of the people who showed up were the same people she helped a year ago. She hugged one of them after knowing that it was the person that was badly injured. She was afraid that he won’t survive.
“I feared for his life,” Daryn said. “This was the first time I’ve seen him since that day.”
It became a reunion between Daryn and the bikers she helped
“Not only did they make my daughter’s lemonade stand unforgettable, but reuniting with these people and seeing how well they are doing was such a fantastic surprise!” Daryn said.
What the bikers did was a beautiful show of gratitude to the woman who helped them when in time of need.
